How purchase orders work for Vibe Shift 2026

Vibe Shift 2026 accepts purchase orders from US public school districts, charter schools, private schools, and county offices of education. Submit the request form above with your billing contact, shipping address, the number of seats you need, and your district's tax ID, and we'll reply within minutes with a quote plus our W9 ready for your business office or accounts payable department to process.

What you'll receive

Your quote will list the tier and quantity you requested (Early Bird at $149 per seat through July 15, 2026, Standard at $199 after that, Team of 5 at $895, or Team of 10 at $1,590 with a free one-year EduProtocols Plus site license included). Once your business office issues a PO, email it back to us with the quote number — we'll confirm receipt and reserve your seats. Districts paying by check should make payment to Learning Innovation Systems LLC.

Timing

POs and checks must be received before September 17, 2026 to guarantee your seats and lunch counts for the conference at Natomas Charter School in Sacramento. To lock in Early Bird pricing, send your PO info before July 15, 2026 — we'll honor the Early Bird rate as long as the PO is in our hands by that date, even if the actual payment processes later.
